You've just made me realize that I've never seen onions while still in the ground. Those fluff-ball flowers are pretty!

Aren't they amazing? Garlic flowers, and ornamental alliums, have the same sort of flower form. They taste like onions too, but who wants to ruin a perfectly pretty flower to find out? 8^) Thanks, Hilda!
